Pines Arena is located at 12425 Taft St, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028, United States. It can be the coolest place in South Florida. It offers a lot of great activities for all, like figure skating, ice hockey, or just public skating. They have skate schools that have programs to help you attain your goal – for health benefits, fun, or competitive reasons. Pines Ice Arena and the Pines Figure Skating Club are recognized as progressive training facility that aims at excellence on and off the ice by the Professional Skaters Association as a National Rink of Excellence. 

They also host and help figure skaters with ice skating exhibitions and competitions. There are also recreational hockey leagues for youngsters and adults. They are the home of Golden Wolves Youth Travel Hockey Club.

Pines Arena has a vast number of figure skating programs that are perfect for all ages.  Whether you are a beginner, an advanced learner, or just want to have fun they have the perfect program for your needs. All the coaches are members of the U.S Figure Skating and Professional Skaters Association. They also passed the National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI) background test. All of them are SafeSport certified with the U.S Olympic Committee (USOC).

Some wish to do skating for professional reasons and some just for fun. Those who wish to be competitive skaters must participate in the U.S. Figure Skating (USFS) testing structure. This will allow them to join qualifying competitions. Those who just want to do skating for fun don’t need this. However, they can freely take the test if they want to increase the excitement.

If you wish to take private lessons, you will need to contact the coach directly to set a schedule.

Pines Ice Arena Adult Hockey Leagues runs the whole year. It accommodates all skill levels – beginner to advanced.

Public Skating is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
